We’ve only had the bed a little over a week, but so far it seems really nice. It’s thicker than I expected, so that’s great! My dog loves the couch type arms, and lays his head and legs on it a lot. It was a good price too, so overall I’m pretty pleased!

This bed is fantastic! My 17 1/2 year old JackChi has already been trying it out and has fallen asleep on it. I wanted something that was as good for him as sleeping on my own bed as he has arthritis in his spine and I think we have found it. He used to sleep with me but with his failing eyesight it was getting risky as he would walk off the edge of the bed. This is the best compromise. My 58# GSD mix is ~12yo and has some arthritis and hygromas in/on her front legs. I have two other beds (besides the usual human beds & couches!) that she lays on. This one took a while to expand to its correct size (it arrived looking like the egg crate foam was defective but turns out it wasn't). The comfort level is okay for the price. The bolsters aren't as cushy as the other beds, and the egg crate foam seems actually a bit too firm. But again, for the price... Was pretty easy to insert into cover, which is good, given that last bed this is helping replace didn't have removeable cover, and the washing machine clumped up the batting on bed's "floor" into very interesting and distinct mountains&valleys. (Belated advice: if you ever buy another dog bed, ensure the cover is completely removeable for washing!) ... show more

We loved this bed but it did not last long. A hole started in the corner and ripped. BUT customer serve sent me a new bed for free. They reached out to me and sent a replacement bed. I would highly recommend their product based on their customer service and willingness to stand behind their product

This bed is soft and comfortable for my dog. It is large enough for her but not overly bulky. I have a yellow lab and she loves putting her head up on the pillow. The color is exactly as expected. The bed is easily vacuumed. I would recommend this to other dog owners and would purchase again.
