It shipped and arrived a few days early before the projected delivery date. Once opened its recommended that it needs to have 48 hours to fully expand. This bed pad is hight quality and very comfortable to sleep on. It doesn't make the bed hot at all. My only complaint was the strong chemical smell. I had to unroll it and drape it over my weight bench to air it out for 4-5 days with a fan blowing directly on it the entire time. The smell did dissipate but it took a long time so be aware of that and plan ahead. Now that the smell is gone I have zero complaints and would highly recommend just plan on off gassing it for several days with the assistance of a fan. If the smell didn't take so long to dissipate I would have given it 5 stars.

This is an unbelievable addition to my life. I no longer wake up with shoulder to hip pain. This is a great addition to my very expensive pillow top mattress. I fall asleep in a minute. As if I am being cradled. It feels so luxurious. I can’t praise it enough. Great if you have arthritis. I can’t wait to go to bed or take a nap. I’m so glad I bought it. Talked my sister into getting it which she did. I highly recommend it. Can’t wait to get back in bed.
