I absolutely love this pillow! It’s the perfect combination of support and softness. I opened it outside to let it air out. Brought it inside couple hours later, the smell was gone. It's common because the materials it's made out of. Then it took about 2 days to fully expand. First 2 pics were day one, second 2 pics was after I used it a couple nights. Very cooling & comfortable. Firm yet squishy. I'm a stomach sleeper and this helps me not only stay cool, but prevents neck pain. Absolutely recommend this for stomach sleepers. The only flaw is it itsnt as thick as the description says. If it were it'd be even better.

I was skeptical of paying this much for a pillow but I figured it was worth trying out. I wanted something moderately nice with some kind of cooling aspect to it. I'm glad I tried it. I'm really happy with it and find the cooling is nice. The pillow itself is also pretty comfortable with a nice ratio of the soft/firmness. I'd buy this again if needed at the $50 price point, definitely worth it if it goes on sale below that
