The firmness is just right not too soft and not too hard and it gives me the perfect support. With my old mattress I use to wake up with back pain almost every morning, but since switching to this one my back doesnt hurt anymore. I sleep so much deeper and barely toss around at night. I’m really happy with this mattress. After letting it expand for 24 hours, it turned out firm but very comfortable and supportive. No odd smell, and I like that it’s fiberglass-free. It feels sturdy, holds its shape, and the quality is excellent for the price. Sleeping has been much better since I got it. Highly recommend!

I always take my time before deciding which mattress to buy because #1, it’s not a small purchase, #2, I have neck, shoulder, and back pain that can definitely get worse with the wrong mattress, and #3, I’m desperate for a good night’s sleep since I don’t get that many hours. I’m sure many others are in the same shoes as me. So when I got this mattress, I focused on its back pain relief function and couldn’t wait to try it! Plus this summer has been way too hot and Id wake up in sweats, so I was hoping the cooling effect would actually work. It’s only been a couple days sleeping on this mattress, but I can already tell you I’m satisfied with my purchase. It has the right amount of firmness and cooling effect, I actually woke up pain free and sweat free haha Tbh it’s cheaper than some of those so-called luxury mattresses and for me this one is more than good enough. I highly recommend it!

So far had it it a week and very comfy. (Side and semi stomach sleeper). I'm don't get hot or toss and turn like I used too. 2 complaints is when you sit in the side of the bed you sink way down, didn't feel secure sitting on edge of bed getting dressed (doesn't help we have satin sheets lol). Other issue is same, can't sleep near edge cause you feel like you will roll off. Not a big deal just feed back and something to be aware of if going from springs mattress to full foam. Would deff buy again.
