The mattress came in a box, and I thought it would be a thin flimsy mattress, but as soon as I started to cut open the packaging, I heard air filling the mattress, it was completely full in just 3 hours. I measured it, and it was 14 inches, just as the advertisement said. It is so comfortable, and it formed the shape of my body. It helped with my sciatic nerve pain.. when I wake up, I don’t feel tired and sore. My old mattress had springs, and they were worn out. But this is the best mattress I ever had. I’ll get one for my daughter as well. But it’s a must buy. You can’t go wrong.

THEY WANTED ALL SORTS OF PHOTOS TO VERIFY THE PRODUCT BEING DEFECTIVE...I WAS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT SEVERAL PHOTOS TWICE BECAUSE THEY SAID I DIDNT FOLLOW THEIR PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING PHOTOS... ALSO THEY WANT HIGH QUALITY IMAGES, BUT HAVE A 10MB IMAGE UPLOAD MAXIMUM!!! SO YOU ARE STUCK SENDING 1-2 HIGH RESOLUTION PHOTOS AT A TIME... THEN IF THEY DEEM IT A VALID COMPLAINT, THEY OFFER YOU ANOTHER (PROBABLY DEFECTIVE) MATTRESS AS A REPLACEMENT... YOU CAN NOT RETURN THE BED AT ALL!!! SO YOU ARE STUCK WITH A DEFECTIVE MATTRESS YOU MUST DISPOSE OF ON YOUR OWN ... AFTER DECLINING THEIR REPLACEMENT MATTRESS OFFER... AND AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS TO HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF AN AMAZON CREDIT, THEY SAID THEY WERE GONNA SEND THE REFUND THE THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT!!! I CAN NOT REPLACE THE GIFTCARD I USED!!! I TOLD THEM I WOULD HAVE NO WAY TO ACCESS THE REFUND BECAUSE THE CARD WAS THROWN AWAY AFTER USE...
