Best bed I have ever had in my life!!! I have back, hip, and stomach pain from a normal bed!!! I wake up not wanting to get up!!! It is so comfortable!!! It is worth the price get it!!! I have bought this bed twice and won't buy any other type of mattress again. Not even sleep number. I only bought twice cause I went through a divorce and my exspouse got to keep that one or I would still have that one!!! It is hard to get into and if you set on the edge you might fall off only downside!!!

Lesson learned, I will never buy another mattress from Amazon again. This is NOT a medium mattress nor a mattress for back pain relief. This is a very firm mattress that causes back pain. The seller reached out to me and had me take pictures. The mattress is 11.5 inches instead of 12 inches. I asked the seller if this could be a manufacturing problem that caused my issues. They did not respond to this question and instead said that comfort preferences vary from person to person. Also the mattress tag says it was manufactured on 8/11/25. I purchased it on 8/26. I truly believe previous purchasers are correct in stating it’s a great mattress but recent manufacturing is the issue and the seller does not care. They sent me a quote from the posting that said “there is no trial period, and opened mattresses cannot be returned.” What is the 10 year warranty for? To have the box sitting unopened for 10 years? I will also add on another quote from that same paragraph “IF YOUR MATTRESS IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY, OUR DEDICATED U.S.-BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS READY TO ASSIST YOU IN RESOLVING ANY ISSUES.” My mattress was missing a half inch so it was defective meaning it could’ve been missing a layer. The seller first offered 30% and then 50% refund and that’s all they could do based on Amazon guidelines. They are not willing to acknowledge the defective mattress. Don’t make the same mistake nor honor whatever the 10 year warranty stands for. Do not purchase this mattress or buy from the same seller.

Also love the fact that it has little grippy things on the bottom so it doesn't slide all over the platform frame I have. Though I just got this Twin XL mattress in September, I have already upgraded to the king size from this brand. Worth every penny!

This is my second time buying this mattress!! I absolutely love this - for the price, honestly this is steal. Its firm and supportive. Within 6- 7 hours of unpacking its useable - in comparison to a recent mattress of other brand I tried which took like 24-48hours and yet was not firm enough. I returned that and bought this - i think its a major quality upgrade over it for similar price. Also special thanks to the support team who helped with delivering this mattress about 4 days earlier than the original estimate. Finally I can sleep peacefully.
