Mattress 10" came on the date as promised. Well packaged and received it without any scratches. I didn't measure its weight though, but it was pretty heavy. I unwrapped the sheet cover entirely and I was not used it for the next 48 hours. After the time passed by I measured the thickness and it reached 9.7". It has been a week since I slept on it and it feels great. Re-measure the thickness but still got 9.7". I just got a message from Amazon today to rate this product. Since it just a week not so much to say. I will leave with a 3 star for now and will update it after at least 6 months. Please reminds me. Thanks! UPDATE: 3 weeks since used. I started getting back pain. It makes sense, since I felt the mattress didn't provide enough support. Compare with my previous mattress from other brand, Mlily like about twice softer. I never experienced back pain with my previous mattress. I purchased this based on the good reviews but the actual experiences I am very disappointed with it! I saw there are 2 layers of kind of foam when I opened the sheet cover on arrival. The first layer is thin, like only 3", and softer than the other. Based on how the the original sheet cover got wrapped, I assumed the softer layer would be the top layer where I can lay off my body. So I will try to flip the mattress today that looks firmer. Hopefully it will do the job better by giving better support. I will give more updates in the coming weeks. For now, I will change my rating to 1. UPDATE: About 6 Months of used. Flip the bed made a slightly different experience. It still a bit feel soft for me, but wife and kids love it. So I can't complain more. It still preserved its height after 6 months and no any changes of shape as I can see. Everything is still looks good. I didn't experience any more back pain. This bed is firm, yet contours to the body perfectly! My back isn't stiff after lying in it for a short period of time. It is on a daybed in our sunroom so we do not sleep in it over night...I'm not sure how repeated, long use would be. It is definitely a bargain for the price! I did read some reviews saying that it didn't expand to 10", but we did not have that problem. It fully expanded to 10" within 12-24 hours. ... show more
