The media could not be loaded. Got it, was already powered to 30 percent. Plugged fan in ran it so all good we thought until we had an emergency. Won't turn on to if you plug it into car it turns on and says charged but unplugged it won't turn on. Very expensive piece of junk! Contacted seller we'll see if they stand behind their product. Will change review accordingly. So contacted customer service they had me send the unit in, they got hold of me very quickly after they received it. Told me that the unit I had was indeed defective and they actually upgraded it for me!!! I was completely astounded!! The new unit is stronger than the one I had ordered, arrived and we tested it plugged several different appliances in and it never skipped a beat! I am extremely happy! And have indeed recommended this unit to several neighbors and friends as I live in deepest south Texas and always worry about hurricanes. The battery won't turn on for more than a few seconds now. I was using it as a pass through backup charger and one day it died on me. It will turn on when I plug it into the wall but turn off again a few moments after showing that it is at 100%. Update: They allowed me to return the battery and get a full refund due to them not having any refurb units. Their customer support was excellent. ... show more

My EF ECOFLOW arrived the other day and it was "Just in Time" when we lost power in our neighborhood. The first thing I did was plug in my refrigerator and a fan to keep my food and me cool, I couldn't have asked for any thing more. My husband spend like two weeks researching what solar power unit we wanted/needed for our specific needs. This is an incredible value for the money. It will power our refrigerator if and when the power goes out or will take care of us while we go camping. It charges so fast with an outlet and the solar panels we got to charge with it works great as well. Not sure why the bad reviews. We tested it out a lot before making this small review! I think it’s a great purchase and I think if you’re interested in this one, you won’t be disappointed. I’m happy with my purchase.     • Solid if pricey portable generator just don't expect it to run even your micro-house
This is a decent value and it probably swaps out for a small 2 KW gas-powered generator - and it's a whole lot more portable and a lot less stinky. Disappointing are the complementary solar panels, which are rather bulky, and don't get anywhere near their rated 160 watt output. Two of them together actually rarely hit 120 Watts which means you need 10 hours of strong sunlight to charge the battery up. This means this unit would work on a camping trip but it will not really even provide adequate power for anything past a small refrigerator and cell phones. ... show more

I bought this on Black Friday prices since it was on the same price as the delta mini and bought it. This has more power than the delta mini but each has there own flaws and benefits. I tested this on a fridge to see how long it will last and it estimated between 7 to 9 hours and the Delta 1300 has about 9 to 11 hours its about 2 hours more or less difference between the two models, still good right. The Delta's in the picture is the 1000 model on the left and the 1300 model on the right. ... show more

This is a follow up to a previous review. I finally received the product I ordered. EcoFlow was quick to respond to my previous review and work quickly and efficiently to remedy the situation. I charged it today and plan on testing it over the next few days. So far, so good!
