Very pleased and satisfied with my order! Value for the money is great because I purchased on sale! It is extremely heavy. I believe the weight is around 70 pounds so definitely order the trolley! The design is very sleek and the big quality seem very good! The capacity for energy storage is excellent and the noise level is minimal! Their customer service is outstanding. I bought this for my outside office, so was trying to move it out to where my solar panels meets the plugs. Moved it about 10 feet when I heard a crack from the castor wheels and the entire thing toppled over onto me, I got a few bruises and cuts. EcoFlow should’ve know if they labeled this durable and moveable, castor wheels should’ve lasted over at least FLAT concrete terrain AND at least more then 5 minutes and they even advertised 5 batteries AND a inverter, that didn’t even happen. The solar ports don’t work anymore and yes, I plugged them into other generators and they worked wonders pulling in more then 400w, but the solar ports don’t work anymore so I have to use the AC to charge the battery, I didn’t even get to use it and it already broke ... show more

I researched various backup scenarios and talked with a few solar contractors and implemented a partial panel strategy with this EcoFlow setup with a smart panel. I am a retired master electrician so I did the installation myself. I am impressed with the build quality and app functionality. Not so much with the documentation as it left several questions open on various ways to implement use of the equipment, such as various recharging methods. While several ways are mentioned the devil is always in the details. The docs strongly suggest using a qualified contractor to do the installation. So perhaps those questions could be answered as well as a consultation on equipment to use for a given strategy. All in all I am happy with everything. I purchased this battery to go with my Delta Pro Ultra. I live where the power goes out regularly enough it's important to be able to go a few hours without power or to provide my own. I sometimes work from home and I actually lost power today. I ran this battery attached to the Delta Pro Ultra and it got me through the power outage with plenty to spare. I was able to keep all my technology items going and keep working through the outage. Other than weighing a ton and being a lot of weight to handle on your own, these are pretty simple devices. Simply plug it in to the delta pro ultra stack with the provided jumper cable and away you go. You might be able to get tax benefits/credits (will need to do your own research) based on the amount of power one of these batteries provides. I intend to do this and keep buying batteries, as I can, to max out the stack at 5. These are pretty expensive is my main complaint so time your purchases with major shopping events like prime day and you can get a pretty decent discount here on Amazon. Amazon isn't the only place that carries these but the prices here seem to track with other places as sales happen at the same time. NOTE: you do need the Ecoflow Delta Pro to use this. I am not aware of a way to use this battery any other way. ... show more

A key benefit is that it can accept 120 or 240 volts in the AC charging port and high voltage in the DC charging port, accommodating multiple types of solar panels, especially series-connected panels.
