New to sublimation and LOVE this product. It was easy use, my favorite color, very durable, turns tumbler automatically and great quality with easy to understand functions. The best part is the size is not bulky but upright so it saves space in my crafting room.

I was so nervous to use this device, but after reading the instruction...I gained a little more confidence in myself. First time ever doing any type of heat press to a mug, and my first one turned out great. I will not say that it is easy to use, but after completing my 3 one....it was like riding a bike. The results terrific!

I needed a new cup heat press and decided to go with this one! It automatically rotates so I am able to spend more time doing other things instead of myself having to rotate my cup after a certain amount of time. I love it and I'm really glad I decided to go with this one!

Bought this heat press. Received on a Monday. Made a tumbler that night. Was a little louder than expected, but the tumbler came out nice. Over the next 2 day it became increasingly louder and on day 3 (Wednesday) it closed to make a tumbler and just sat there. Didn't release to spin or anything. Couldn't get the arm to retract. Tried shutting it off and unplugging it to reset it. Still didn't do anything. It is now on it's way back to Amazon with my tumbler still in it, so I'm out my time and a tumbler. Also during use it randomly let out a bit of smoke.

The first 15oz mug worked great. Tried again today with the same settings. When the cycle finished the machine did not release the mug. Still cannot get it out. Tried letting it cool down and restarting it still will not release the mug. Am returning it for a replacement. Also did not come with mugs and tumblers shown in the picture.
