OMG! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this machine! Just spent the last week stressing over dark tumblers with my old press and this machine has just blown it out of the water! This machine is so easy! Set the parameters for a mode, then sit back and watch it make a beautiful tumbler with literally no intervention. I love my EENOUR Auto Tumbler Press. I chose this one after seeing some owners use theirs on and YT. The fact that you could press 16 oz mugs, sold it for me. Although this one is different from the ones they purchased, (the older ones seemed to be made of metal and much more substantial) this one is not a disappointment. It sublimates my 20oz tumblers and 11 and 16 oz mugs perfectly. I will say that it is not easy to change the pressure settings - the default is 50 which works - but it is way too much pushing different buttons to change it. I also have a manual press that I still love and use but this made my orders so much easier. It was a great price at the time of purchase and I haven't had any issues in the month that I have owned it.

I used it as soon as I got it and OMG!!! I want more! Very easy to use and cup came out perfect!!! Will definitely buy another since I make multiple cups. Color came out sharp and clear. Doesn’t overheat at all. This is a must buy if you’re thinking about getting one.

Thr auto rotating function is a game changer for the ghosting issues I had using a manual tumbler press. Absolutely worth the money. Its doesnt take up a lot of room, can be used vertically or horizontally. I would absolutely recommend this press.

Purchased this machine to start making personalized tumblers with sublimation designs. Works great and easy to operate. Fits up to 30 oz tumblers. You can pre-set the temperature you need based on the material your going to use. It does smoke if you leave the item in for too long so be aware. There is a bit of a smell when the item is heated up however that does not affect the affectiveness of the machine. Highly recommend and would puechase again!!!

This is actually my second review of this machine. My first one was in anger and haste. My machine started heating unevenly after approximately twenty uses. I was taken aback in the beginning. I wrote a negative review, which I subsequently redacted. The company asked for pictures and a video if possible, of the problem I was having. I did so, and the company informed me that they agree with my claim, and since the specific part was not in stock, they would just send me a new unit. Postage paid. After I received the new unit, I emailed to ask for the process of returning the broken unit. Not only did the company advise me that I didn't need to return the unit, they suggested I order the faulty part when it becomes available and install it on the old unit. Thereby, having two units available for filling orders. Now this may not be common for all claims, but I believe the company went above and beyond in satisfying my needs in regard to the heat press. The email responses were prompt and precise. Language barrier is non existent. I felt like they cared. That's rare in after sales customer service. I'd definitely buy their products moving forward. Confidence in my purchases is priority one. EENOUR for the win!

I am extremely disappointed with this tumbler press. I purchased the EENOUR Auto Tumbler Heat Press less than three months ago, and the heating element is already failing. The silicone heating pad now swells and bubbles up whenever the machine heats up. As it expands, it separates from the metal base and no longer sits properly in the press. This not only affects the pressure and heating consistency but also raises serious concerns about the safety of continuing to use the machine. I purchased this press for sublimation work and expected it to last for years, not months. The machine has been used normally and has not been abused, dropped, or subjected to anything outside of its intended purpose. A heating element should not begin deteriorating after such a short period of ownership. What makes this even more frustrating is that the machine performed well initially. However, a product's true quality is measured by its durability, and this machine has failed that test. I can no longer trust it to produce consistent results, and I do not feel comfortable continuing to operate it with the heating pad separating from the base. I am now forced to replace a tumbler press that is only three months old. For anyone considering this machine for a small business or regular sublimation use, I would strongly recommend looking at other options with a better track record for reliability and durability. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product.

Great Tumbler Press, easy to use and does a great job. But be aware that if you are going to make mugs with handles, the heating element has a large open gap after it closes down on the mug. So your mugs will have an unprintable area that is 3/4 inch on either side of the handle. This was actually a deal breaker for me for the kind of mugs I wanted to make and I had no idea it had this limitation until I bought it. So I will only use this for tumblers.
