Purchased this press in February but was too nervous to take the plunge. Finally started to use it in July. I’m only 30-ish uses in and I’ve got bubbling in the heating pad. Customer service was top notch, probably the best I’ve experienced in a long time. They’ve been in touch to get my machine replaced. Also the nice thing with this machine is that the heating element can be replaced unlike others and the pressure setting can be adjusted which you can’t do with some of the other auto presses.

After reading reviews and deciding to take the plunge and get this tumbler this week......it comes and the heating element wasn't in there correctly. I attempted to make a tumbler but it was clearly not working properly. So....we sent it back and ordered another one. Figured that it was likely just a fluke and we could The 2nd one we ordered....it doesnt turn as advertised and we'll need to return that as well.

When I first saw this machine popping up on YouTube, I thought what a great innovation (automatic rotation). I have another tumbler press so couldn't justify getting it at the time. Well, my curiosity got the best of me so I hit that "Add to Cart", "Proceed to Checkout" buttons and so glad I did because I LOVE IT!! When I purchased on 6/30/24, I paid $30 more than the current Amazon Prime price of $199.99 vs. regular price of 299.99. Pictured is my first project and my first time sublimating any glassware. The images on glassware tend to be lighter in color so I printed the image twice before sublimating. If you try this, let the image dry completely before printing the second time. On the back, at the top of the paper, add a small pencil mark so you'll know the direction to feed or put the paper in your tray for the second print. For sublimating the glassware, I used the "2" setting and made no adjustments and it subbed beautifully. The sublimation paper was a bit dark (like it was burning) because I don't typically use butcher or parchment paper to wrap/cover my projects before adding to the press. The sublimation paper I use is quick release so it doesn't require those typical high temperatures and long times like some other papers. Next time, I'll adjust the temperature down to about 375 degrees, but will leave the time (120 for both rotations) and pressure (55) as is. I have to admit I did go to YouTube to understand how to adjust the temp, time and pressure because initially I wasn't understanding the instruction booklet. Even though I didn't make any adjustments for this project, I wanted to understand how it was done. Now, I do and it's really simple. I have no complaints and can't wait to sub some more items.

I just received this auto heat press on Sunday. So far it's great. I may need to change pressure settings for Libbey Glass cans. as there setting seams to make my glasses light. Update: 6/4/24 went to use a second time and the temperature would not work. emailed Eenour about and they quickly responded with what to check and do. After all was done, they are sending me a new Heating pad to replace the bad one. So even though I was disappointed about it being bad on only the second use, the Customer service was Awesome.

Absolutely in love with everything about it. The color is beautiful with matching gloves and tape. The EASIEST instruction guide to follow WITH setting charts so there is NO GUESSING on temp time or pressure!!! Super quick and quiet heat up. Pressing is the best with AUTO rotation and timing. Fun to watch too. The unit doesn’t get hot on the outside like others, so safety is great and it cools down quickly. Colors were beautiful ( my pictures weren’t great but I was too excited to deal with lighting). So much more I could say, but to sum it up I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT and promise you will instantly fall in love with it too 🥰
