I used it as soon as I got it and OMG!!! I want more! Very easy to use and cup came out perfect!!! Will definitely buy another since I make multiple cups. Color came out sharp and clear. Doesn’t overheat at all. This is a must buy if you’re thinking about getting one.

I love my EENOUR Auto Tumbler Press. I chose this one after seeing some owners use theirs on and YT. The fact that you could press 16 oz mugs, sold it for me. Although this one is different from the ones they purchased, (the older ones seemed to be made of metal and much more substantial) this one is not a disappointment. It sublimates my 20oz tumblers and 11 and 16 oz mugs perfectly. I will say that it is not easy to change the pressure settings - the default is 50 which works - but it is way too much pushing different buttons to change it. I also have a manual press that I still love and use but this made my orders so much easier. It was a great price at the time of purchase and I haven't had any issues in the month that I have owned it.

Purchased this machine to start making personalized tumblers with sublimation designs. Works great and easy to operate. Fits up to 30 oz tumblers. You can pre-set the temperature you need based on the material your going to use. It does smoke if you leave the item in for too long so be aware. There is a bit of a smell when the item is heated up however that does not affect the affectiveness of the machine. Highly recommend and would puechase again!!!

This is actually my second review of this machine. My first one was in anger and haste. My machine started heating unevenly after approximately twenty uses. I was taken aback in the beginning. I wrote a negative review, which I subsequently redacted. The company asked for pictures and a video if possible, of the problem I was having. I did so, and the company informed me that they agree with my claim, and since the specific part was not in stock, they would just send me a new unit. Postage paid. After I received the new unit, I emailed to ask for the process of returning the broken unit. Not only did the company advise me that I didn't need to return the unit, they suggested I order the faulty part when it becomes available and install it on the old unit. Thereby, having two units available for filling orders. Now this may not be common for all claims, but I believe the company went above and beyond in satisfying my needs in regard to the heat press. The email responses were prompt and precise. Language barrier is non existent. I felt like they cared. That's rare in after sales customer service. I'd definitely buy their products moving forward. Confidence in my purchases is priority one. EENOUR for the win!

Updated review 5/26/24 I was sent a replacement machine because the first one was defective even after being sent a new heating element. Well, not even a year later and a yea rod use the new machine is defective too. The heat fluctuates and glitches, and now it just seems unsafe to use at this point. I am super disappointed in this machine especially with the cost that was associated in getting in and the waste of supplies from the machine ruining things. Updated review 6/13 I ended up getting a defected heating element and had it kindly replaced by the company. There was so much bleeding on my tumblers and wasted a lot of supplies. I got the new heating element and everything seemed great, until it wasn’t AGAIN. color saturation isn’t even, and the color is bleeding again. This is so frustrating as I’m now wasting supplies AGAIN. It also states the press can do the sippy cups, no, it can’t and there’s a significant gap. I reached out to the company and they want me to use wax paper to fill the gap and recommend buying a smaller attachment for another $70. I’ll pass, I don’t want to invest another penny on this Machine. I honestly wish I could return it and get my money back Not sure how I feel about my money spent on this heat press. No matter where I tape it, how much tape I use, there is always bleeding. The heat wrap doesn’t go all the way around the tumbler and it seems as if the space that’s not heated in the moment is where the bleeding happens. Every mug I’ve pressed in every way is giving me problems. At this point I am wasting money and supplies due to defects.

Great Tumbler Press, easy to use and does a great job. But be aware that if you are going to make mugs with handles, the heating element has a large open gap after it closes down on the mug. So your mugs will have an unprintable area that is 3/4 inch on either side of the handle. This was actually a deal breaker for me for the kind of mugs I wanted to make and I had no idea it had this limitation until I bought it. So I will only use this for tumblers.
