The items are of good quality material and design. The tomato plants is floppy but I can see why being stiff could cause injury to a baby. Note the box is cardboard. Not an issue for me as I replaced it with a wood one.

This is a cute open ended toy- for those concerned about the cardboard box , the target mondo lama small wooden box is the exact same size . I moved it to the wooden box and I thjnk it’s perfect . I think the price is a little high for a cardboard box though it should be $15 in my opinion

My kids love this. They enjoy picking garden vegetables for their little recipes in their play kitchen. I didn’t read any reviews before buying it, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that you can take the tomatoes off the vine, as well as the pumpkin. They have a little Velcro tabs. We got this little plush vegetable gardening set for our niece’s second birthday. She absolutely loved it and started playing with it immediately! The tomatoes are about the size of ping-pong balls, to give you a sense of the scale. Each row of “dirt” is a separate piece, and the little veggies — mushrooms, radish (or is it a rutabaga?), carrot, potato — can be “planted” between the rows. The tomatoes stick on the vine with velcro. This is such an adorable plush vegetable garden set! We plant a veggie garden every year and my kids love “helping” with our garden so I knew they would love this set! They have been imaginative playing daily with this set and planting the veggies in the dirt. I love how they are practicing to take turns planting and watering. Then they choose their favorite veggie and pretend to eat it and then replant it again. Clean up is a breeze because it comes in a cute storage crate. There is also an activity guide that includes some fun activities to do. It’s a cute set for toddlers and preschoolers and it is a fun way for them to imaginative play. I really like how the dirt and veggies are all plush so it is good for even young toddlers to play with.
