    • Clever, but cheap.
It’s really a shame that it’s such a cheap plastic. My 3 year old son loves this, but I don’t think it’ll last long. The tailgate is already popping off (he’s had it 5 days). Overall, it’s a pretty good toy. He’s had hours of play with the drill and fire truck, together, and the drill separately.

Over all, I like these products. I like to suggest use a different distinct color for the drill hex bit so that it will not be confused with the clear bolts, thanks.

My son just turned 2 and LOVES this thing! He will play for 30 minutes to an hour, and he rarely plays with toys that well! The screws and drill are easy to use for him, and it's really helping him learn. I love that the toy will have a lot of future use. Now he's enjoying screwing everything in, but once he understands pretend play a little there will be more for him to do. You should definitely buy this! ... show more

I bought one for my nephew and he loves it. He can work on it while his dad works with his drill. I think girls would love it just as much (I know I would have!). You remember taking apart the remote or wanting to see how something worked? it satisfies that desire while safely being able to enjoy it. It's pretty sturdy, and kids are able to be autonomous... which they love. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Our kids were so excited to open up this drill set! There are so many components that are a part of this set, which allows for kids to match and see where different screws and parts of the fire truck go! Our 4 year old was thrilled to use the drill and helped his 2 year old brother to put the screws in place and see the fire truck being assembled on their own! I love how safe and easy the drill is to use. Our kids used this fire truck along with the characters included to play independently while pretending to "shoot water and put out the fire!" Another great aspect of this set is that the kids can screw and unscrew all the parts to keep playing with the set! ... show more

This is an okay item to give a child, but they need the dexterity to place the screws into the truck straight, and not at an angle. Also, the age intelligence level to know when to turn the drill to drill in or out of the truck. The idea of this is great, but there must be more safer ways of executing this idea. Maybe a more rubbery truck cab surface? The one thing I do not like about it is that I was pulling out one of the figures from the truck seat and I hit the the section of my thumb that is between my hand and middle knuckles. It hurt for several days bc the top part of the truck is not forgiving. I thought I may have messed up the bone, it was hurting so badly.
