I bought a box of these candles and the wicks weren’t set right so I left a review. The company reached out to me right away and explained that their old manufacturer had a problem with setting the wicks but they had a new manufacturer now and wanted to send me another box of 4 candles from the new manufacturer. The problem I had with the first set was that not even a quarter of the way in, the wicks fell over into the melted wax and went out. When I tried to carefully use a toothpick to life it back up so it wouldn’t harden with the wick under the wax, the whole wick came out. So I had to throw all 4 away. Each one was defective like that. This wonderful company reached out to me and asked if they could send me another box from their new manufacturer. The scents I wanted weren’t an option because they didn’t have those made yet (from the new manufacturer) but I said yes and I’m glad I did because so far, these candles are burning strong. I’m at the halfway point on them and am not having any issues. I highly recommend this company and their candles. If you happen to get a box from that is defective, please reach out to the company to get this corrected. They are very nice and work super fast to get you the replacement so you can enjoy their wonderful scents.
