I received this item because lately I have been getting more Amazon boxes and my garbage cans are getting overwhelmed. For the sake of breaking down boxes, I didn’t want to cut my hand accidentally and I got this glove. Ironically, of course, I got it from Amazon. It is worth noting that this is only ONE glove… I don’t know why I thought it was going to be a SET of gloves… completely my fault for not reading closer. It is not a problem though. I guess when you think about it you really only need the one glove that does NOT have the knife in it for breaking things down. With that said, when I put it on and only had the one glove, I felt like Michael Jackson and perhaps spoke in his voice.… But I digress. It also comes with one cotton white glove which I’m not sure exactly what that’s for. But we’ll see. It is worth noting that my hands are big old meat hooks. (I have big hands.) Not often does a glove fit my big hand. But I received the extra large gloves and it fits comfortably. In fact there was room to spare. After putting the glove on, I took the knife that I used to open up the package and started slicing across my hand. I must have had a lot of faith in these gloves and fortunately the gloves worked like a charm. I could feel that the knife was coming in contact with the glove… But the knife was not cutting anything and all was well. Would highly recommend. Safety first!

If you are a hunter, this is a must have. Protect yourself from major injury. This mesh glove is comfortable. Comes with a liner but can be used without if you want to. I recommend using the liner because the mesh will not stop liquid and can get slippery inside. Great for fisherman, hunters or anyone dealing with sharp items like glass or metal.
