I love the chair, the base is sturdy but I do question 500 lbs on the actual chair part. It is comfy, looks nice, and easy to assembly. Be aware it is clear it comes from overseas. The box and chair came in damaged. Took almost a week for them to respond back to me just to say go through the Amazon return process. When the chair arrived, the wrapping on the outside was cut and unwrapping so I was hoping to just get a replacement egg rather than the whole thing. This is a very hard item to try to return. I ended up just using electrical tape to piece it back together.

Loved this swing! Put it together and was very well made. Instructions were great which made it very easy to put together by myself. Unfortunately it was too big for my deck and had to return.
