If you are a fast 10 finger typer and use your right pinky finger a lot, The 2.4G Bluetooth button is right next to the delete button and I am constantly clicking the 2.4G Bluetooth button and disconnecting the session. There is no "home" and "end" key, so if you're used to use keyboard functions you need to get used to a combination of the ctrl and shift + arrows to do what you are used to. The keyboard is compact so it will save desk space. Otherwise, this is a fairly nice, good quality keyboard, comes with a dongle for the wireless connection to the keyboard and a charging cable. HOWEVER, the customer service at this store is superb! I did not only get instructions on the use of the keyboard, they accepted my return and refund, they also offered me an option of repaying me back the money again for my troubles or replacing the keyboard for free. I was completely floored by their treatment! So even though this keyboard wasn’t for me, I would still recommend it since it was a nice little keyboard!

It's a great keyboard, but there's no ctrl button on the bottom right, which makes navigating text slow. I remapped the windows button on the bottom right to a ctrl button via a program and now I have no issues. The pain in my arm while at work went away.

The keyboard keys are not the same as a Mac. Command + V gets you a checkmark, not a paste. Back to the drawing board to find a good ergonomic keyboard for my Macbook. This keyboard arrived quickly and was well packaged and so easy to hook up and was already charged! The keys are smooth but the best feature is the wrist rest. It is very soft. I do feel like the keyboard should be able to be adjusted higher. When you lift the tabs on the back to make the keyboard higher to give a better slant, the increase is minimal. The reason I am returning it is because the keyboard shortcuts on the Mac are not the same. The keyboard is really labeled for a PC but they added some additional stickers like it can do both but Command + V gets you nowhere. Total deal breaker.

Overall I quite like this keyboard. Key feel is firm and responsive, well separated, and slightly concave, making it easy to feel. No double letters or missed spaces common to many wireless keyboards. Ergonomics are not bad and tilt legs help customise to preference. Minor qualms are that the ergonomic curve is pretty flat, so it's not particularly ergonomic. The legs on the front are too short - I'd prefer to have it tilted more aggressively backwards like my MS Ergonomic keyboard. I also dislike the up/down arrow keys being minimised and centered. The upper arrow **needs** to be above the side arrows, even if slightly. I use arrow keys a lot for moving around spreadsheets and documents and this makes it unnecessarily challenging. It makes far more sense to make the left/right arrows smaller instead. I can live with these as this is a secondary keyboard that floats around the house when I mix up my work space. However, two critical dedicated keys are missing from this keyboard - the home and end keys, which I use constantly. Yes, you can use them as alternative keys on the num pad, but I'm often also entering numbers, so it's frustrating to keep switching it on and off. I notice the absence of these frequently every time I use this board. These keys could be in place of the source switching keys above the numpad, and those could've been shrunk and located in the empty space in the middle of the keyboard under the indicator lights. With this layout it would be a 5 star product. As it stands, it's more of a 3.5.

Don’t hesitate to buy from SZ-deying! We purchased two cordless computer keyboards. Several months later, a blue light starting blinking on the keyboard. I had not a clue what to do. I flipped the keyboard over, and the support contact information was readily available. I sent my email on 5/21 @ 6:30pm and received a response within 12-hours. The email contained a copy of the keyboard manual, and detailed written instructions regarding a blue flashing light. The keyboard was just trying to connect to Bluetooth. LOL
