I absolutely adore this sweater! I will have to be honest about a few things. 1. The sleeves are a bit short. I'm petite so it doesn't bother me but for average & plus size women this will most likely mean you might have to size up! I got a small and it fits perfectly: not too tight and not too loose, it doesn't look as big on me as it does on the model, if you want that oversize look then size up! I'm 5FT, 115 lbs, 34C chest, and petite. 2. The zipper does get stuck, I did notice a lot of other people complaining about that 3. It does shed at first but all you have to do is shake it for a little while and it will come off! I do every once on a while see a little bit of fuzzy stuff on my clothes but it's not a big deal. 4. The color in the picture looks burgundy/dark red but in person its brown (like your favorite childhood teddy bear) I ordered the coffee color I really love this sweater, it's super soft! it keeps me warm (I've worn it in 30 degree weather and was fine) and it's super cute. If you're petite I would suggest ordering your usual size, if not I would suggest ordering up (the sleeves are short!) Overall I love this sweater and I'm glad I got it! Also, shout out to Amazon customer service. My package was delivered to my neighbor (it hadn't come in a week so I figured someone stole it). I called Amazon and they gave me a full refund!

Bought this as a gift for my teenage sister. She loves it. Very on trend. Sizing: She's 5'6 and 120 lbs. We got a medium size camel. Fits perfectly. Oversized as it should be! Softness: Super soft and cozy. Great to wear in 50 degree weather and warmer. Super comfortable. Color: The color is exactly as pictured! Camel for the win :) Shipping: The product was expected to be shipped in a about a week, but it actually came in a few days so that nice. Zipper: no issues with the zipper or construction of the jacket. Washing/Drying: I would only do delicate cycle, limited spin and hang dry. Overall: Great trendy buy!

I really wanted to love this jacket. The pictures make the jacket look oversized with a cinched sleeve cuff and bottom hem, but the jacket is very much a shapeless rectangle. I normally wear a L-XL (size 12) in tops. I ordered this jacket in L XL XXL and XXXL, but found that the XXL was the best fit. I hoped the XXXL might give the oversized look of the product pictures, but it just accentuated the frumpy shape of the jacket. The pockets on the front also make you look more chubby. Overall this jacket was just not a very flattering or cute shape on me, it might work better on someone more slender, or less pear-shaped. Although I did not find the jacket to be flattering and would probably not wear it out of the house. I found it to be super comfy, soft, and warm. The sherpa material is so cuddly, and I could see myself wearing this jacket around the house in winter as a hoodie. It is quire warm and insulating, and there is even a flap of material behind the zipper which would block wind or cool air from eeking through the zipper (sadly this also means the zipper sometimes gets stuck on the fuzz). Also of note, I ordered black, camel, pink, and the cream and pink. I found the black to be the most flattering because black is always slimming, but also wanted to note the pink and cream were slightly translucent and if you wore a dark colored shirt underneath you can see it through. Overall I am giving 4 stars, because I think the jacket is usable, and pretty close to the product (I did notice the jacket is open and unzipped in all their photos, so maybe I am styling the jacket wrong, but what use is a fuzzy jacket that isn't supposed to be zipped?) but it just isn't flattering on my body type.

I ordered this jacket on a whim! Shipping took a little while (about a month), but it showed up on my doorstep and I instantly fell in love! It's insanely soft and adorable. I got a camel-colored Medium (I'm 5'4, 140, normally a S/M) for a slightly over-sized fit. The sleeves are a tad shorter than I'd like, but the rest is perfect. The pockets are a great size and the zipper isn't as bad as I expected given the price. Overall it's a very snuggly coat, perfect for winter layering and great for the price! I've worn the jacket two days in a row now (kept me warm enough in a New England winter) and I've gotten so many compliments! :)

I'm really impressed with this coat! It was vacuum sealed flat in a plastic bag when it arrived but fluffed up beautifully when I shook it out! 15 minutes in the dryer (no heat) and it looks just like the product photo and also got rid of all the loose lint and threads so that nothing came off of the coat onto my clothes. It is 30F here today. I tested out the coat by going outside wearing this coat over a tanktop. I stood outside for a few minutes until my legs (thick leggings but unlined) and face were tingly but I could not feel the cold air at all wherever this coat was covering me! Even my bare arms were WARM under the coat! I was careful about the zipper since I read several reviews complaining about the zipper. There's a flap of fabric that runs along the length of the zipper that I had to tuck into the coat before zipping it up, but other than that, I had no problems with my zipper. The flap of fabric is what keeps the cold air from entering through the zipper (and what keeps the cold zipper away from your body) so it's not a design flaw! I normally wear a medium and I ordered a medium. It's the perfect amount of bagginess for me (loose and luxuriously fluffy without looking like a sack of potatoes) and the perfect length for leggings (it just covers my bum). I'm 5'2", 115lbs. The sleeves are a little long and cover my knuckles if I pull them all the way down, but, in this case, they keep my hands warm so I don't mind. Overall this coat is super versatile and can be dressed up or down. I think it's a super value at this price!
