This is my first e trike, so I can not compare it to others. There is a learning curve when transitioning between an adult bike to an adult trike, and doubly so when you add power! I got myself pretty banged up while learning, but now I am more than comfortable on it.My biggest hurdle was not trying to put my foot on the ground every time I stoped. Since I am extremely short (4'10") all adult bikes are really too big for me, so I really had to adjust to an uncomfortable feeling of being too high above the ground and to trust the stability of the 3 wheels. The bike did adjust very well to my size other than just the feeling of being high. I highly recommend that you have a bike shop make all adjustments unless you are a pro at fitting a bike to your body. I am partially disabled and this trike allows me to get out and get exercise and enjoy the outdoors. I am unable to walk more than 50 feet without a rest, but now I can go miles! I wish I had been able to compare different makes and models of trikes, but had to go on just what was written about them. Luckily I found a good one. I added a lot of safety equipment not standard to the trike, mirrors, turn signal, and lights, lights, lights. Things I wish it had would include a reverse power for when parking the bike in a tight space. I also wish the first pedal assist speed was a little slower for us old ladies to get used to, but now I am comfortable at the max speed. I will have to see how the trike holds up over time, but so far, so good! It is a great advantage when you want to be active but have limitations. I'm not ready for a mobile wheel chair yet. I lost six of my seven ebikes to the "Mountain Fire" when our family home burned with about 200 others a couple of months ago. Two of those seven were e-trikes. After building the two trikes lost to the fire, I knew what I wanted to replace them with eventually. I ran across this trike by accident one day. I was impressed by the frame design and powertrain, especially the 24" front wheel, large capacity battery and aluminum frame. One of my trikes had a 750w mid-drive and 1000w front hub (very over-powered for carrying tools to local jobs). This trike performs well with light loads up our hilly neighborhood terrain.
