I have bought 3 of these Bikes,they charge fast and last long on battery,tough bikes for street riding or trails.Rides very smooth and quiet.Do Not waste your money on anything other bike under 1000 watts period.I highly-recommend this bike,and customer service is outstanding if you have an issue.

I did have a little trouble with this bike early on but I'd have to say this seller handled the issue impressively well. I think my occurrence was a bit uncommon but they were able to replace the back wheel when I ran into a problem. I think it is important to know that the front breaks are on the right and back on the left. Other than these uncommon occurrences, I feel this is a pretty decent bike. Built very solid, and lots of fun to ride and battery life is pretty good. I get about 30 miles out of it. With just the motor you can go about 20mph but you can go a little faster using pedal assist. Overall I'm pretty happy with this bike.

The bike or arrive within a week of the order, it was well packaged and mostly assembled. The assembly that I did have to do require less than 45 minutes and really did not require the instructions. The battery was already 3/4 charge so I was able to take an 8 mile ride for a shakedown cruise. Having a little bit of experience with with bikes, I would rate the craftsmanship, the bike welds and packaging all above average. In a really well-made product from China. Following are the highlights: Advantages: - Battery life is really good - Approx that will last around 20 miles on a single charge without padling. - Can be used for commute because of powerful motor - Digital odometer with alot of information - Backlight is integrated within battery - Baclight also include break light functionality - Silent motor not too much noisy - Accurate readings on odometer - Sturdy strong frame - All the cables are really well managed. It looks clean no cluster at all. - Easy to assemble - Instructions are well explained and easy to follow Disadvantages: - Bike is very heavy. - Switching gears make tuk tuk noise and gives noticeable jerk. - While riding weird noise is coming out of rear wheel. Its like tik tik tik tuk tik tik tuk tuk tik :D I don't know how to explain it. - Rear brakes make noise. Like Zurrr :D and its loud. Its like two very heavy metal plates rubbed against each other with great pressure. - No front light came just a reflector. You should provide front light with bike for this price. - Seat is very rigid and uncomfortable. I bought extra padded seat cover to ride it otherwise its unbearable you can't ride it for a mile with provided seat. Seat quality should be improved. - Rear rack isn't included in the package. That should be included. Atleast optional. If someone needs it, can get it for free. Its expensive and the only one compatible with the bike. Overall thought: I like the bike quality wise. It looks sturdy and solid. High quality material is used. Its expensive than other available bikes on Amazon. But it worth the few extra bucks. I am hoping to have it for a long time. Will provide more insights later on based on user experience. Support is really awesome. My bike came with faulty odometer. I contacted them via email. They responded quickly and sent a replacement. That worked. I recommend to get this one. This bike is awesome. You will love it. I will try to fix the noises coming out of rear wheel and update the review. This is the only reason I am giving four stars otherwise its a five star product.

I thought off returning the bike when i bought it than gave it a try i love the bike. i has thrown me a error code 8 even though my battery level showed full. but i handling and the ride is very impressive. you wont regreat getting this bike.
