UPDATE: I was pleasantly surprised to receive a message from EcoChannels apologizing for the warped board and offering a refund last night. So, I accepted the refund offer and the refund was issued the same night. Now, that’s what I call a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from a company who not only stands by their products but listens to their customers! Like I said, nothing wrong with the sink - it’s beautiful and looks perfect in my kitchen prep area. I wish I could say the same about Amazon’s customer service employees who insisted that I return the sink back to them even if the sink is already installed and to contact the seller whose number and website they couldn’t even provide. 🤦🏻♀️ I have no complaints about the sink that has already been installed. It’s the warped chopping board that I came with. The board does not sit on the sink and countertop flat. You can’t even put anything on top of it as it is badly warped. Complained to Amazon and asked if they could send me a working board but Amazon said I would have to have the undermount sink taken out from under my countertop and return the board with the sink even though all I want is for the board to be replaced. Amazon does not have a number for EcoChannel so if something goes wrong with the sink while it is still under the manufacturer warranty, you’re out of luck. Do not buy as it’s not worth the aggravation.

I have been remodeling my home, and installed this in the wet bar of my guest living room. The sink is a thicker gauge material than others I have seen, and is very well made. The included cutting board, sink grid, and the drain was a nice touch. I especially like the cutting board that serves as a sink cover. This is an undermounted sink so it goes between the plywood on top of the cabinet, and below the countertop. The sink has a nice dark gunmetal color making the light colored sink really pop. The finish is very easy to clean and the water drains well. I think this is much better than many other sinks sold at big box hardware stores.

I ordered this under-mount sink to put in the breakfast bar on my patio. The size and style of this sink are just what I wanted to use when cooking and entertaining outside. My friend who is building the breakfast bar for me stated that the sink will be easy to install. The single bowl design will give me ample room for meal prep, washing, and rinsing dishes. The cutting board will cover the sink when not in use and protect the breakfast bar countertop from any knife marks. This sturdy and stylish sink will not only compliment the look of my breakfast bar but will add a functional convenience to my outside meal preparation. The template is too small. After cutting out the sink opening, the sink would not fit into the counter top properly so I had to do some extra notching so that the built in connector fins could clear enough in order to install the hook shaped mounting clips

Firstly I will say the quality is above most. The sink is deep and comes with a nice cutting board. It's fairly easy to install in a short amount of time. It looks great in our basement bar. Very nice for sure.

If you know how to install an undercount sink, this will be a breeze. it is a quality product. (I've had thicker sinks, but this isn't flimsy or weak.) I am tired of all of the bland fixtures and finishes of the big-box stores, and hate having to look through catalogs and special order things. AMAZON TO THE RESCUE! This sink is a departure from the normal stainless look, and is something that you can use to spruce up your area! All of the faucet holes and drain holes were standard, no unexpected complications or anything. MUST HAVE!!
