These batteries were more then expected. The cables that came with them are very high quality. The configuration screen is easy to use and very robust at the same time, with many protocols to choose from. I connected my SolarAssistant up and was viewing all battery details in minutes. The second set connected and worked without a hitch. The only challenge I had was when I set the first battery to 1000 dip switch. My SolarAssistant wanted to connect using passive mode which is not preferred. Once I set the first battery to 0100, the second to 1100 my first two connected after setting the protocol on each battery to "PACE MODBUS" and the SolarAssistant protocol to "USB Modbus RS232/485". When the second set arrived I daisy chained them on to the first two and set the dip switches to 0010 and 1010 respectively and they now all show up in my SolarAssistant as Batteries 1-4 even though the dip switches are set to 2-5.

Batteries work great, mine connected in parallel and the BMS balances the batteries, they have big screen display, connecting to the inverter is quick and easy. What a good buy for the price.

I have not tested the battery itself yet but wanted to write a quick review regarding the customer service I experienced with Eco-worthy. I had a minor shipping issue that was of no fault of Eco-worthy. I contacted Eco-worthy regarding the issue and they were very responsive and corrected the issue ASAP. I would not hesitate to order such a large purchase from Eco-worthy again. They have very good customer service. When I test and use the battery, I will leave a review. But the batteries come in very well built wooden crates and look perfectly fine. The construction of the batteries look and feel very high quality.

These batteries are working great. Installed them over a month ago, easy setup, had all the cables and connectors needed, blue tooth and wifi work great also. I have already ordered 2 more to finish out my system.

Estoy muy satisfecho con estas baterías ECO-WORTHY PowerMega. La capacidad de 16 kWh por batería es excelente para un sistema solar de respaldo y, al utilizar dos unidades, se obtiene una gran reserva de energía. Me gusta mucho que tengan pantalla, Bluetooth y Wi-Fi para poder monitorear el estado de las baterías. También cuentan con un BMS de 200 A y buenas funciones de protección. Son grandes y pesadas, pero eso es algo esperado por la capacidad que ofrecen. En general, me parece una excelente opción para un sistema solar residencial o fuera de la red.

I am no battery expert but just a happy Eco Worthy customer. I bought four of these batteries and the batteries have worked flawlessly. I had a minor problem with the BMS app on my phone showing two batteries offline. Tech support created a zoom call troubleshooting with me. The fix was so easy I should have tried it earlier which was to reboot each battery. Thank you Eco Worthy. Very happy customer
