Very disappointed with the delivery experience for this order. The product itself is not the issue, but the shipping process handled by Estes Express Lines has been frustrating and far below expectations. The shipment has been delayed for days with very little communication, and getting a clear update or delivery appointment has been unnecessarily difficult. A good product can easily be overshadowed by a poor experience with the shipping company. I hope ECO-WORTHY reviews their shipping partners, because reliable communication and timely delivery are an important part of the overall customer experience. It has now been @20 days, and I still do not have a delivery appointment scheduled. This level of delay and lack of communication is extremely disappointing.

I have not tested the battery itself yet but wanted to write a quick review regarding the customer service I experienced with Eco-worthy. I had a minor shipping issue that was of no fault of Eco-worthy. I contacted Eco-worthy regarding the issue and they were very responsive and corrected the issue ASAP. I would not hesitate to order such a large purchase from Eco-worthy again. They have very good customer service. When I test and use the battery, I will leave a review. But the batteries come in very well built wooden crates and look perfectly fine. The construction of the batteries look and feel very high quality.
