Small screen , hard to see, the app doesn’t make sense and shows wrong info like it says it’s an10,000 watt when it’s 6000, have BMS errors. And they want too much information to use WiFi or Bluetooth. I don’t feel like spending time on the phone with techs when a simple shunt can tell me what’s going in and what’s going out. They set these up so you have to call because there’s too many issues like, kicks off everytime the air conditioning comes on. I tried to get wifi and Bluetooth but after I put in my email address they sent me a cose and then I entered the code they told me it or the email were wrong? After sending me the code? Then I tried entering manually my wifi router sn, no good, then I used their scanner and no good. This is junk , dont be cheap like me, spend a few more bucks and buy a better inverter that you can connect and actually have it work. ... show more

This works as intended. I had to use chat gpt to help Me with some of the settings to get it to charge to 100%. Only mistake I made was not considering the pv amps when getting it panels. I was only thinking of 9000 watts imput and the voltage. And was planning on running 2 strings in parallel but 17 amp panels would have put me over the 27amp max. Instructions suck , you will need AI to help you , won’t connect to wi-fi or Bluetooth, really bad 3rd party app , fan is always running using the thing or not . I’m hooked up to 2700 watts of solar panels, this thing will sit there all day showing voltage but won’t charge , the battery will be low and won’t charge. You have to turn it off and on or put a load on it , may not charge either way . It is cheap ,, and that is what you are getting , cheap . ... show more

I have called the number that's listed for Customer multiple times Left messages several of those times. On April 30th. 2026 they finally called me back.
