I really appreciate the setup cuz they give you extra length of cables from the solar panels to reach where you need to go. Some solar panels that are provided with other items are very short without any way to connect them other than soldering them to your lengths of cable afterwards . I installed this in August 2023... I am only using the item for a well that is 75' deep and running the water horizontally for another 100' this - is working fine... But I started noticing that the Pump would not turn on by depressing the button. The Solar panel indicator is on and the battery lamp is on.. Nov 18 testing the voltages because there seems to be a problem with the controller box. This has been going on for a while but never have time to go an measure while the problem exists. Currently the indicators are good and the Battery is reading 13volts... but when I turn the switch on... I get 0V on the pump output. An hour later it ran fine... I only need to run this about 8 minutes a day... Going to call the contact on Monday and update as needed. This item and the controller work great.

I'm not big on writing reviews but in this case I feel I have to. I wanted to like this, I really did. I researched and read and studied and this seemed like the best option for me. The packages arrived, packed with care but unfortunately i was unable to devote the time to set it up for a couple of months. Once I had the time the pieces seemed pretty well designed they all fit together well enough. Unfortunately when i connected the pump to the controller panel i got no output. Rechecked all the connections and they were all solid. So i called tech support. They answered on the second ring and a human voice too! Was told the pump guy had stepped out and would call me back later. Nothing...Following week i submitted a service request through Eco-Worthy's website...still Nothing...Called again the next Friday and was told someone would For Sure call me back...more Nothing...called today and got a funky voicemail option...So now i have a nice looking pump setup that is not pumping at all and Eco-Worthy can't be bothered to contact and/or help me...So if you decide to purchase this cross your fingers it all works out of the package...otherwise get used to the sound of crickets from Eco-Worthy.

We purchased this pump in May '22. In November it quit working. The control board had black burn damage and the pump was damaged. Customer service was WONDERFUL! They sent us a new pump and control board. We are also very pleased with the pump. It works perfect when the sun is shining. Highly recommend.

I order this to control some water accumulating on my property. The quality looks good but it did not meet my needs/expectation. The only control is an on/off switch on the control panel. There is not level control or run dry protection. My application had intermitting water to be pumped. The pump does not fit into a 4" pipe. The body of the pump will fit but the top cover is too big. This meant making a much bigger hole to install the unit. The product looked to be well make and the wiring was very straight forward. It still did not work for my application. I returned the unit

The weld on the bottom of the pump failed and shorted out the pump. I have reached out and received an email asking how I was using the pump. The replacement is being shipped.

I bought this system to pump water from a pond for livestock watering. When I received the packages, one of the solar panels was shattered. I worked with the seller’s customer service and they did a great job shipping me a new panel quickly with no hassle. I easily installed the unit and it is working great.

The solar package I purchased included a 6AH backup battery which was entirely too small for the pump, wiring was way too small, and would only buzz when hooked up and not power it and is no longer even available for this service. after back and forth with the seller, who first offered to give a discount on a new 6AH battery which I declined, they then offered a discount on a bigger 10AH battery since the other was no longer available, which I also declined. they finally agreed to ship me a new 10AH battery at no cost which is actually able to run the pump for approximately an hour. I appreciate the seller made good on the battery issue by sending a new one, so I have rated them higher than I would have initially when I could not get the pump to run, appreciate their service.
