The large is a nice large size big enough for my cat to stand & turn around & sit up, they also have room to lay down how ever they want. The board is ok, not real heavy duty, the cover is soft to the tuch but definitely not padded soft, it feels basically like a cover on a board. This is so light it's easy to carry even in this large size, easier then the hard carrier's. I use the shoulder straps but also the handle at the same time just in case a strap breaks. The medium size was smaller then expected, was too small for my smallest cat, she fit in there noise to tail without the door shut & would not have been able to mice around, she's about 9 pounds. The large one is great tho, wish the updated ones were cheaper & had a more padded pad inside.

I bought this for my Toy poodle and she fit perfectly. She never has a problem in there and its easy to clean and store. I love that it stores flat and compact. The grey color is so cute and such a must. Some pieces are plastic which worried me when ordering but I haven't had any problem with them breaking.

This carrier appears to check all the boxes for me. I ordered in grey and like the looks of it. My 7.5 pound yorkie can stand comfortably in it but not with her head up. She will be laying down anyway. There is plenty of ventilation and I really like that the zippers lock. This does measure 17x11x11 and hopefully will work under plane seat. I also hope that it will hold up and not fall apart. I will review after a few uses again.
