My buds went through the wash and unfortunately the right one did not make it RIP. I was so upset because these are not cheap. Having to only buy the placement one bud was a nice touch. No issues setting up the new bud either or getting it to sync.

If you follow the instructions that comes with the replacement earbud on forgeting from Alexa & removing from Bluetooth then resetting by holding the button on the ear bud case for 15 sec till it turns orange (NOT BLUE) it works just fine

My first pair I had didn’t even last a month and quit working, Amazon sent me a refurbished replacement pair that lasted about 6 months and then quit working. Don’t waste your money on these pieces of junk!

Love the echo buds!!! Sound is amazing and with the built in BOSE sound they are definitely a must cop.

Please look at any other brand of headphones these are cheap made piece of crap. Not a single feature with voice control work, setting timers, checking battery levels or using any smart device has never once worked. I'd recommend either Raycon or Jabra brand's.

These buds had decent sound for only $79. Batt life was not as good as advertised, but again, not bad for the price - at first. Battery life dwindled down to less than an hour within a year. Voice commands never seem to work correctly, and if you ever want to use them with another phone or device, pairing and re-pairing is ALWAYS a PITA and usually takes several attempts and sometimes even a long phone call to an Amazon support call center. After a couple of months, left bud never seemed as loud as the right (at all volume levels). Unfortunately, never had time to attempt a return within the window allowed, so was now looking at how much it would cost to replace just the left one (thinking it would probably be cheap - especially since there’s another generation of buds out now) and finding that it’s just not worth the price.
