Likes: It will run a CPAP (I have a AirSense 10). With humidifier and heat tube on you'll get one night for sure maybe two if you don't use the battery for nothing else. Without the humidifier and heat tube, I'm still at 100% after one night...... There are several voltage settings (I use 24 volts for CPAP) The battery has many options to use when charging different items. You can charge your cell phone without a cable if your phone has that capability. There are cables adaptors for different CPAP's. Everything is push button just follow the instructions. You can also plug the battery in an outlet and still run your CAPA if the power goes out. Some units can't do that. (Basically keep the battery charged while using it) Dislikes: Takes for ever to recharge even with a wall charger. I can only imagine how long a car charger will take. It says it is Solar Panel capable. Comes with a pouch, why I don't know. Pouch only holds the battery nothing else. If you're going to provide a pouch make sure it has a carrying handle, and pockets to store your: manual, charger cables and wall charger. Over all very nice battery. It does have a little weight to it. I haven't tried other products but for $299 it is on average with others. ... show more

    • Excellent battery life with my CPAP--perfect for camping trips!

I bought this battery back up several months back after major power outages affected our area for 5-9 nights straight. Since I was able to charge it each day at work during that time, I waited until taking it camping recently to see how long a full charge would last while using it with my CPAP each night. It turned out to keep a charge the whole time and had very little drain. We were gone three days (two overnight uses) and it was only down one bar after 8 hours of use each night! I was very impressed! And this is even leaving the heat on for my tube and water (forgot to turn it off). It's easy to use and has ports for car chargers and Type C chargers. It comes with adaptors for different CPAPs. Unfortunately, I lost mine before going camping. Since it doesn't have an AC plug I just used an inverter that I use in my Jeep to plug the CPAP into and then the car charger part into the battery bank. Then it worked perfectly! I took one star away for the "traveling" category because this one isn't airline-approved so you can't take it on a plane and because it's pretty heavy. I'll be getting one just for that that is lighter and approved but I needed the battery stamina of this one for tent camping. The airline-approved ones don't last as long. ... show more

The only complaint is that it does not offer a battery powered 110v outlet. Nevertheless, I purchased this as a backup power supply for my ResMed Airsense 10 CPAP device, and it fills that function very well. I have not had occasion to test it in a real blackout, but it seems to be able to give me two night's of power especially if I'm not using both the heated tubing option and heating the water supply. It is big and heavy, however, it works well. It says it offers pass through power, however, it does not look like you should keep it plugged in constantly. Instructions suggest fully depleting the charge periodically. Plus, it comes with the adapter cables to power my Airsense unit and several other CPAP devices. I purchased this so I could use my CPAP machine while off grid. It worked well. It's nice to have such a large capacity power bank for other things also. Shutting off humidifier and tube heater on CPAP extends usage time between charging.

Heavy duty battery 96,000 mah. When I got it I charged it up and tested it out ran it for 7 hrs with my resmed 10 cpap without the humidifier hose, works as it should, it looks like you can get 4 nights with it. I brought for the occasional black outs in my area.
