This Shacke Medical Equipment Luggage Tag for Respiratory Devices (White/Vertical) - White with Red lettering works well to indicate a medical equipment bag when coming through TSA check points. It was purchased for an air travel trip to Puerto Rico from Florida and served it's purpose well. Because it has only done one trip, I cant' speak to long term durability but the quality is high and I expect it to last for years given it's on a carry on bag rather than a checked bag. However, this is made as well or better than many tags I have used on checked bags for professional and SCUBA related travel. I recently traveled with medical equipment for the first time and read that these tags are helpful when going through the airport/boarding a plane. While you’re typically allowed one piece of luggage and a personal item on flights, you are also allowed to carry on certain medical devices. This tag made the extra bag easy to identify and hassle free. Even the Uber driver noticed it while helping with our luggage and said he would let me handle that bag since it was medical - which was my preference anyway. This is an extremely sturdy rubber tag that is not going fall of or be accidentally torn off. It's big enough that TSA agents spot it immediately and don't mess with my machine.
