I purchased three of these. The first I got on a flash sale. Once it got here I ordered two more and was not super happy that I had to pay so much more for them. However once I really got this one opened and in my living room... It's absolutely worth the extra money I paid for the other two The other two will be going in my office. They are super soft and super fluffy. They are a bit difficult to vacuum only because they're so long. But absolutely worth it. Note: be careful walking on them when in socks as they are soft and kind of slippery

I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas present. I was on the fence due to reviews but then did some research and decided to try it. So glad I did! She loves it! It is super soft with a high pile (aka long fur). Now it’s not like walking on a bath mat and I feel like this is what other reviewers were expecting. It’s just as squishy/ plush to step on as my living room rug which cost into the thousands. (It’s actually squishier because the fur). The rug was extremely reasonable for the price, looks lush and would feel more luxurious with a nice rug pad underneath. We didn’t go super high end we found one for $20 or $25 at HomeGoods but I’m sure Amazon has something similar quality/ price. This isn’t necessary since the rug had some non slip grip on the bottom, the rug pad just insulates the rug from the wooden floor to keep your feet a little warmer and adds slight cushion. Again you get what you pay for more cushion is a higher price it’s that simple. (Also note plush squishy wall to wall carpet has a pad under it too! Grab a carpet sample it’s the same thing… rugs/ carpets are not bath mats). The only “downside” if you’d call it that, is the high pile (plush fur). A standard vacuum will likely have issues running over it. I’m guessing using the hose extension and taking some time will do the trick. Think of it like a fluffy bath mat or blanket you can’t throw in the washer because of size. This isn’t negative against the product just an FYI cleaning might take additional care but isn’t impossible. (You could likely shake it out too.) Depending on use you might need to brush it occasionally to keep it fluffy it depends on how much you actually want to maintain. A cheap dog brush would do the trick. Final review goes to my daughter and the dogs who find this rug their preferred place to lay down (on the floor at least). Shortened - it’s great, it’s very lux for what you pay for considering the size and price. No rug is “bath mat squishy” (that’s a rug pad - most likely an expensive one if bath mat squishy is the goal) It’s super soft like you could lay down and pet it like a fluffy stuffed animal. I’d consider one for my own bedroom if I decide to redecorate it’s really nice! Final word… don’t let others’ poor expectations skew the ratings. It’s nice. Keep expectations in line with price and you’ll be quite happy!

This rug is so soft and cozy. I get compliments on it all the time. It has built in padding and the color is so fun. It is especially great in a kids room. What a great value for the price. I will definitely be purchasing more colors.

It looks very plush in the pictures advertised but is the thinnest rug I've ever seen. I just got it and was surprised how thin it was with the nice look of the pad. I also purchased a rug pad at the same time so I don't know yet how it will feel to walk on. They are very pretty and purchased it because of the limited time sale which seemed very cheap and lower price compared to other rugs. With some of the comments of it difficult to keep clean and they do mention to not use a regular vacuum I would recommend a vacuum that you would use for hard wood flooring without the beater bar. Possibly why some have had shedding problems. The 5' x 7' is small enough to take outside and shake. Very undecided yet.
