New crate!! I reviewed a similar crate we'd purchased from a different company. This is the new crate. First, it arrived early, score one. Second, the box was fully intact (no plastic wrapping the outside.) Third, all pieces were present and accounted for, and undamaged. Fourth, it came with actual instructions, not a grainy low quality video (unlike what we got from that other company.) Putting it together was simple, but this thing is huge!! But it's perfect for my dog. It's similar to the other one we'd purchased from the other company (I'm just going to call them the Others,) it has the rotating door for bowls, it also has the removable trays for easy cleaning of accidents. It's also on wheels for ease of moving, these wheels are heavy duty, with 369° mobility, and they lock. Unlike the crate we purchased from the Others, this crate has a peaked roof, and a cute little name plate with little magnetic paws, they even sent chalk. There's is also a hatch that opens on the roof so we can drop in toys if needed. This crate also has dual doors, the one we purchased from the others did not. This feature allows us to open one side or both depending on the situation. We use the one side of he's just coming out to go outside, if he's going to be out and about, we open both. The one thing I do t like is the amount of flex the floors have, but, they are made of metal and they're sturdy. It just freaks my dog out when he moves around and the floor flexes. It freaked me out too 😂. This crate gives our pup space to move and stretch out, he's still figuring out the bars, and that he can't actually get through them. It's also large enough that he doesn't come rocketing out of it, like a bull at a rodeo knocking down everybody and everything in his path. He is now a bit more civilized, in his exits. He still has the puppy energy, but he's no longer a bottle rocket. Overall, I'm very happy with this crate, and so is our puppy. He's a big baby. ... show more

Very simple to put together with lots of room. Very large kennel. The feeding dishes have a pull pin that allows you to turn to the outside at night if you want to which is a great feature. You can reach in from the top to put a pillow or toy in for your pup. My dog loves it and when I say in Luca he's excited and loves his time to rest. A great buy for big dogs to feel safe in stormy weather. Easy assembly, directions are easy to follow. I run a rottweiler rescue and bought this crate to make sure that the rottie I put in It could not break out. I wanted peace of mind, but 2nd day I had it, the lock broke. They sent me a new one, but if the dog is persistent to get out, eventually they will rattle it enough to make it unlock. The pin barely drops low enough into the bracket to keep it from opening. It’s a very poor design and I’m not happy, but if i chain the two doors together then they can not get out, so that’s what I do. ... show more

The absolute best dog crate ever! Super large and easy to assemble. It took about an hour. The lock did break but I dont mind using my own ..
