The media could not be loaded. This overall is a great material and quality! I do think I misunderstood the bolt locking, it’s the skinny locks that can be loosened if the dog fights it hard enough, which ours did and the bottom lock on the one side doesn’t go all the way down in the locked position. My husband got this put together fairly quickly with no issues other than the one lock on the bottom, very easy for him to assemble. The design is cute and is worth the cost. My dog fits well and doesn’t look bad have room, it’s just hard to keep him in it while we’re at work with that bottom lock not working properly! Overall though I think if that lock worked it really is great durable quality!

This was a fantastic purchase! My mother bought me a furniture style crate before and my dog tore it to actual shreds. She seems sooo much more comfy in this crate than her previous one. It was super easy to put together and I love that it is quite sleek and heavy duty at the same time. Not only that, I love that you have a little bonus of being able to customize for your doggie! My sister is going to cricut her name and we’re adding that instead of the chalk it came with. Size wise, I have a 1 year old Siberian Husky and she’s weighing in at around 42lbs. The XXL size is crazy big, but I’m happy knowing she has sooo much space to stretch out and stand (don’t let your puppies be hunched over, it’s bad for their little backs!) and plenty of space for her food/water bowls/toys/etc. She is also an escape artist and would escape her previous crate with a “pinch-like” latch, she has yet to escape this one! I would purchase this crate a thousand times over, it is so unbelievably worth it to know your doggie will be very comfy!

We are so pleased with the XXL crate! It is so well-built and they took so many needs into consideration when they designed this. There is a small door on the side in case you need to put a water bowl in without being pounced on. There are 2 doors on the front, each with a latch on the top and bottom. The floor is very sturdy and made with the same attractive wood as the top. My favorite part is the pitched roof. My dog is a 5 month old German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix who is still growing, and outgrew the large wire-type crate that we were using. His head hit the top and when he stretched or flopped around at night it would jar us awake! The rails are wide and sturdy, and close enough together that he isn't getting his paws caught in between them or the bottom like he did with the wire-type one. It was very easy to put together. The only part that I needed help with was to hold the door up while I screwed the hinges on. *Tip* Make sure the door hinges are facing the right way so the door locks line up. I highly recommend this crate if you have a large breed. **NOTE** The shipper dropped the box while taking it out of the truck and caused the dents on the door.

The latches don't meet with the crate properly. No sign of damage and went together firmly. Just cheap latches. I've resorted to needing to use cables to close the crate. My dog can just easiliy push it open otherwise. Edit: Dropped to one star. The hinges and screws are cheap too. My dog bent and tore the doors off the hinges. This is not built to handle a large dog that sees a cat.

Very easy to put together but definitely is a two person job. Very heavy to move in the box but easy to move once assembled due to the wheels. My 3 months old german 30lb shepherd puppy is loving the dog house and the wood and metal look is more inviting in our living room versus the basic cage look. Very large and perfect for when she grows to 90+lbs. Will to an update review on how sturdy it is when she is full grown. As of now is very sturdy and escape proof. Makes crate training less sad looking. (We call her terrorist cuz she terrorizes everyone with her puppy biting)

Fabulous! Our big, hairy dog isn't even afraid of it and doesn't fight like a tiger to go in. He walks in and lies down on his bed inside his kennel, even when it's a "time out" situation. WOW! Love this kennel because he's not going crazy when he has to go in. Whew!
