Do not fully tighten the outside screws until the wood shelves are on the top and bottom. It’s difficult getting the wood to go Down in between the supports and you may have to use some force. Also pay attention to the bottom board there are two small holes that shows. Determine their placement by which side you want the file sorter to hang otherwise you would have to take it apart

First I want to agree with a previous reviewer- you will need to some force with putting this together. Definitely pay attention to the directions of the holes. I took a star off because my bottom shelf came chipped. And one of bars wouldn't complete tighten up.

This is a great stand. Love that I can use for both printers, and the side filer is bonus. Easy to assemble and instructions are clear. did not take me long at all to assemble. Only thing I would advise at assembly is to have rubber mallet ready. When putting in the shelving they are quite snug (which is great mind you) but needed a few taps of the hammer to get them fully down. It is strong and sturdy and rolls easily on carpet too.
