Drops my NVMe M.2 SSD control module temps by 10 degrees C idle, up to 20 degrees C under load. Better solution than getting a full heatsink covering the entire SSD as the flash modules prefer to run warm-- the control module is the only bit worth sinking. Great buy!

Not really much to say other than that these work. The thermal adhesive they have on each one is fine, and each heatsink is also good. If you have a small device like a Raspberry Pi or small FPGAs you can't really go wrong with these.

    • Real thermal tape.
These fit perfectly over a Cyclone V chip and have real thermal tape instead of the cheap tissue tape found on a lot of heatsinks.

I was hesitant because usually cheap thermal tape doesn't work well. Still holding up after all this time. And my steppers are noticeably cooler.
