Bought the juicer on 9/25/2023. I juice everyday at least once a day. Sometimes I'll make sauces. Worked until about 12/17/2023 then one of the flanges on the juice cup exploded off the juicer while juicing a carrot. I was able to connect with Customer Support, and the part was replaced pretty quickly. I'm updating this to a 4 start because they were very helpful with this. I am not doing 5 stars because it did fail within 3 months of purchase. I hope this replacement part last much longer.

Update: The company replace the juicer with a quieter one and LED light is still not working but I can live with that. I really like the juicer, it easy to clean and leaks while juicing. I had an old Jack Lalanne juicer that worked well but is big and bulky and hard to clean. Nice juicer works well but it’s not as quiet as the reviews say it is, also the LED light it’s not working right that’s the only problem I have with it. If I can replace the base with a quiet motor and working LED I would give it all stars

I bought this juicer to replace an old one I owned for years. Out of the box it felt cheaply made but then what isnt these days and decided to give it a shot regardless. After assembly and trying it out, the power tripped on that outlet. Moving to a new, separate circuit just to be safe, it did the same thing. After reading the manual, it said to not start juicing until it is loaded, as I originally just tried to turn on the forward direction on the juicer as a test. Resetting the breaker and making sure nothing else was on the circuit, I turned on the power, took a small apple and cut it into fours just to be safe and loaded up the hopper. Hitting forward on the controls the juicer started juicing for a few moments and then the breaker tripped again. No idea if the juicer was just a bad batch but regardless I do not want it nor trying to get a replacement.

I took the photos and videos with my other phone. I’ll just say that the Manual states not to push the power button when your hands are wet because it can cause electric shock. And the button feels cheap. So it’s going to fail at the power button. The Jacalene juicer has a very robust power button, and I’ve been using it for 10 years and he’s probably never going to break at this point. This user has a cheap power button. Moreover, the manual states that there are two different modes on this juicer for a hard fruits and soft fruits. That is grossly in accurate. There is one mode and one mode only. There is a forward and reverse. But reverse only runs for 10 seconds and it automatically stops itself so it was not meant to run forward and reverse. The reverse feature I believe it’s just for unclogging it. Overall at first I was excited because it looks cool, but it’s very cheap. And that became apparent when you go to assemble it. I could it’s hard to assemble, but it’s not that smooth. It was cheap enough, I bought it to replace my old Jacalene juicer thinking at the auger would be better, and it might be I’m not sure. But I’ll be sending this back and buy a new blade for my Jacqueline. But things got a beast of a motor it’s gonna keep on ticking. There’s things cheap to be lucky if it lasted me a year. This throwaway society, Amazon is this feeling that making it worse. If I can say anything good about it it’s a little bit quieter than the Jacalene which I don’t mind that at all. But it’s hard to clean in the Jacalene. It’s got more pieces, and then stuff gets stuck in the funniest little places

This is a great juicer. I previously used a Breville juicer and the pulp side had more juice than I expected. This juicer gets all the juice with minimal pulp. I did realize that trying to juice lemons and kiwis can possibly clog the filter if you keep the peel on. I will start to remove those peels on these. I love that I found this juicer that appears to be just as good as the Nama juicer with a fraction of the cost. I will be juicing more now that I have a juicer that doesn't make me feel like I am wasting money due to not getting all the juice out that I should be getting. This was very easy to assemble and cleaning it is very EASY! I love the cleaning brush it came with as it helps to ensure the filter gets clean and it allows to get any of the pulp out that may get trapped.
