We needed to print ID badges for work and this printer did the job perfect with ease. Set up was easy, installation was easy and the software was a breeze to use. Print quality is GREAT! My only complaint is that the picture shows a hole punch which is not included. It was not forgotten, which I initially thought, it just does not exist. I called Amazon to inform them that they forgot the hole punch and wondered if they could just send it to me. I was told to ship the entire $1,000 package back to Amazon and order another one. I did that and still received no hole punch. I know that is minor, but when I order something I expect to receive what is pictured. Aside from not receiving the hole punch the device itself is great for the price range! 4 stars instead of 5 for using a picture that misrepresents the items included with the purchase. Picture quality represented with a picture of the back of my badge which has my bulldogs on it. ... show more
