Over all, the metal stand is of sturdy construction. I was disappointed to see that a few of the rubber parts had fallen off of the stand. Fortunately, I was able to reattach them easily enough. My main concern is that the "adjustable" screw is basically useless. This sax stand is super effective for musicians that play more than one instrument. It is nice for switching between instruments in songs. Great to hold my instrument when not in use as well.

    • Rocks a bit, but doesn’t fall.
I got to use this for the first time at a rehearsal the other day and it works just fine. It stands as it should, it’s easy to set up. Takes about 30 sec. It scared me a little bit when I actually sat my sax on it cause it rocked a little bit, but my sax didn’t move so I assume it was just balancing out.
