    • Very nice table but skimpy on side load support
Style: Triple Deke 80" Table
The 4 leg boards are connected with a plastic corner piece and 2 very small screws per leg. While it can hold vertical weight very good, as soon as a side load is applied when someone in the heat of the game pushes on it from the side, the entire table feels like it will break apart. I drilled large through holes toward the bottom of the legs and further secured each leg to the plastic corner pieces with a heavy-duty bolts. Also, the power adapter electrical connection is very inconveniently placed in the not so easily reachable under-corner and the adapter needs to extend out toward an electrical outlet. Very easy to run into it and yank it out in the heat of the game. I brought electrical power from under the table so there's no cord hanging out. This is not a furniture but a sport's entertainment that will go through some rough handling. I think the engineers who designed this table were only concerned with the look of it (it's made from Medium Density Fiberboard) and their profit margin. I may need to do further structural reinforcements if it starts to get wobbly. ... show more
