It's a nice large storage box for cushions, etc. But be sure to secure the top well. The wind blew the lid open and things were wet inside, the wind actually blew off the device that was keeping it shut. I've only had this about 6 weeks but we've already had a lot of rain, including a severe thunderstorm with tornado warning and sirens. Everything inside is completely dry. It fits all our patio furniture cushions: 2 bench seat cushions (1 thick, 1 thin) and 4 chairs (2 thick, 2 thin).
