I purchased this table at the beginning of summer with full expectation to have many pleasant evenings on my deck. Upon arrival, the table was quite easy to set up and looked amazing. If there's one thing to be said, this table has that premium look and feel to it. Anyway, it comes time to finally ignite the burners for the first time and.....nothing. The switch releases the propane gas, clicks the spark plug, but no spark, no ignition, no flames. To circumvent this, I would light the table using a lighter with an extended neck. Not optimal, but hey, I really wanted to see what this table was like. That worked well, but I also noticed that the flames on the burner were uneven. Specifically, it seemed like the flames on the left side of the burner were notably larger than those on the right side. After some troubleshooting with no resolution to either issue, it was time to contact customer support. Several helpful emails later, the problem had been identified and a replacement part was expeditiously sent to me. I assembled the replacement last night, activated the ignition switch, and voilà, the burner ignited perfectly! Even better, the flame balance is far more appropriate. So all in all, the table itself is excellent, the heat output from the flames is nice and cozy, and the customer service is nothing but wonderfully helpful. With Fall now arriving, I anticipate many nice evenings sitting around this table. ... show more

This was super easy to put together, one of the easiest things I’ve put together. I highly recommend you buy the wind guard, even with it on a mild night it’s blowing all over. Loving this purchase and glad I bought this high quality table over the crappy ones you get with furniture sets.

Update 7/6/23: east oak reached out about the shipping issues and have helped alleviate the headache. The customer service appears to be very good and they do seem concerned. I think you can buy the table and know support will be there. Original review: This table is very nice looking. But, like all patio furniture, it's nowhere near worth the money. But you have no options if you want something decent. Shipping was ridiculous. Amazon must not keep the table and glass together as they are separate boxes. 2x they shipped this table to me. Both without the wind guard (box 2). I wound up buying it on my own even though it was supposed to come with it... And that's what I paid for. Now I have to lug this thing to a ups store or stay home for them to pick it up. If you want the windscreen, buy it separate and save $100 (the table is only 500 and the screen is 50. But together it's 650...🤷♂️) and the shipping headache. The quality is decent. Nothing amazing about it. It's pretty and sturdy. The amount of glass they give is not enough to cover the burners. Buy a 10lb bag of same color. I bought a 20lb and have almost half left. Everythingworks as it should. You need to keep it pressed as instructions state for 20 seconds. After that it should stay lit. Outside temperature may effect how many attempts. The heat is decent for what it is and will throw out a nice amount on high. Just don't expect to sit around this when it's in the 50s/40s and expect to stay warm as you would in front of a camp fire. The problem...s 1. The copper pipe that transfers the gas to the table gets very hot... Enough to burn you. I'm not sure if that's normal with these types of tables or not. 2. Which is a big one for me. Something attached to the under side of the table is causing the gas flow to be somewhat loud. Not enough to overpower a conversation. But it is noticeable. However, you eventually don't notice after a while. The lowest setting whistles. Which is super annoying. But.... All you need to do is turn the nob a 16th to 8th of an inch and it goes away. Overall it's nice, works well and throws off a decent amount of heat. I just wish they strapped the boxes together because Amazon employees probably don't know there is a second box depending on what package you order. ... show more

Overall a good, well-made table. It works well and has a pleasing flame. At first, I was concerned that it arrived with a part missing (an internal structural support for the table) and I didn't get an immediate response from customer service. Not sure why that was, but eventually they did respond, dealt quickly with my issues and all is well. Truly good folk. Would definitely purchase from them again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We love it! It's absolutely stunning! Love the gray color too! Easy to put together, shipping was fast. Everything was packaged well!! I bought the cover, the wind guard and Bahamas fire glass rocks because this 52 inch gray table comes with amber ones... Perfect addition to my screened in porch that has beach decor. The pics and video was of it set on low. It gets hot, trust me. It's nice heat output for 40 degree temps or something like spring and fall night temperatures.
