I was skeptical after reading reviews, but went ahead with the purchase. Personal opinion, most Amazon products with negative reviews are due to operator error. My favorite is reading the tv mount reviews where people are mounting tvs to drywall instead of the studs, and then they blame it on the mount causing their tv to fall in the floor…😂 First off this product is inexpensive, after viewing the photos one can deduce this product could possibly break or bend if twisted, torqued, or cranked in a violent and unsafe manner. The cylinder also probably won’t last long on max setting. That said my product operates perfectly. I crank it nice and slow, and don’t max it out to the point of straining and bending usually I have it set around 6. I can feel the burn in my chest, triceps, and biceps when doing several (25-50) reps both in the forward and overhead position. For the price I would say this product is just what I expected and I am happy with the purchase. Some people go to the gym and throw on their max weight and do one rep, with this product the idea is to do 25 or 50 repetitions and work some of your muscles, not max it out and break it. 👍 For reference I am a 6’2” 210 pound male, with 13+ years in the military. ... show more

5 stars is extremely rare for me. I am VERY picky. My only complaints are that the setting jumps from 1-4-6-8. I can't tell if setting the dial between the numbers is different than setting at the numbers. It has no way to hang it up. It should have a little hole on the metal end to hang on a hook or screw. These are very minor issue. They would improve it but don't make it less amazing. I just have to find something haha. I highly recommend 👌. This is the most useful piece of equipment I've ever purchased. Works for anyone with the settings options. The quality is impressive. I've replaced a set of interchangeable 5-50lb dumb bells with this. I can travel with it. It barely takes up any space in my home. It is portable/can use anywhere inside or out. And it is fun to use! Love this thing, I got it so I have have something to workout with at work, I work at a school and I use this thing and it works out your arms and chest immediately after using it for a few minutes you can feel the burn. Students also use it and I notice it gives them a little confidence when they get excited on the different levels they’re able to do, definitely recommend this product the only issue I have is I hope they would have made a way to attach the bottom piece that holds the 2 handles together when you’re done with it because I feel like when/if I loose that piece it’s going to be a pain to try and put it away for travel but it comes with and extra one so that’s good as well ... show more

I bought it not knowing whether it would actually work. I’ve had the product for just a few weeks, and like it so much I’m buying it as a gift to someone else. Settings from easy to very difficult. I wanted something I could use during quick breaks from working at home or when watching my kids. I’ve only used the east mount 3 or 4 times just to see how it works, I’m going on a 2 week vacation where I won’t be able to get to the gym so I will be using this while I’m away, i really think it will be worth the money, and my time.
