I'm about to return the product, however I'm givimg it 5* because for craftsmanship and durability. It is a work of art. Why I'm returning it? I'm used to that old fashioned spring boost from 30 years ago and when I did it was true to power and resistance. This product however is hydraulic with pressurized liquid so there's a pause while the liquid transitions and from the first minute I jumped to level 12 and I'm definitely not a pro. To paint you a picture imagine pushing a car on flat road VS a slanted road where you have momentum. I don't want momentum. Nevertheless, this product for people with weak wrists and forearms is perfect and will last u forever. I'm more of advanced and I like the old fashion stuff. After reading the reviews I have to admit I was skeptical… So many bad reviews on getting injured and people saying they threw it away. I am Retired Military I served a total 25 years between the Marines and the Army. I am 58 years old and I wanted something that I could use that was portable and wouldn’t break the bank and that actually works! This thing is amazing! Yes, you can injure yourself but that is Operator error…you can’t expect to use it a few times then immediately go to level 10! Take your time and work your way up…this will Challenge you. Be patient but consistent with your training. One of my favorite exercises I use…when I am working on my left arm I put my right arm across my chest hold onto the handle under my left armpit and grab the handle furthest from me with my left hand pulling it straight back. Push the left hand away until the device is fully extended and pull it back into the body. Don’t worry it is hydraulic it won’t spring out and hurt you. Rule number 1 is don’t overdo it and trust me you will see and feel the results I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone. Have a Great Day! ... show more

I really can't say anything negative about this piece. Of equipment period you can feel it working from the very first time you use it and gradually as you get more comfortable, You could feel it working more and more. Would absolutely recommend this product.

Instead of buying several barbells or couple hundred dollars on a dial-barbell, I bought this instead. It's basically a sissor-lever with a hydrolic shock in the middle for tension; simple and innovating. Been using it for a few weeks and it's as advertised; works you out without having to spend a ton of money or having a ton of crap taking space. Get a little creative with the exercises, because there isn't a manual or a 'how-to' guide with it.
