Got this to reduce the amount of dirt that my pup tracks in and have been shocked how much this mat has helped reduce the need to clean my floors. Material is very soft and an unexpected benefit has been my dog immediately taking to resting on the mat even when she has a comfy couch and another rug nearby. Knocking off one star because this tends to get bunched up easily and stuck with the door. Will update if I have any issues washing so far I haven’t needed to wash it. ... show more

I bought a few of these in different sizes. They are slightly heavier than a blanket, so they go in the washer easily. They have good nonslip backing that has held up in the washer and dryer. These aren't fantastic peices of room decor but they serve their intended purpose and are as advertised.

Although meets the primary need, runners due to our dog with arthritis needing traction on tile floor… the biggest concern is possible risk of tripping over the edges. It does not lay flat,,, the edges sort of roll up which is in the description and instructions given to reduce ,,, however ,, if you have a concern for tripping,,, I would not recommend. Love this rug. It's exactly as shown in the photos but not as described. I don't see any orange or rust. I only see the color of wheat with brown stitching. I have it in front of my recliner and it stays in place and doesn't buckle up at all. I'm sure the fold creases will come out when I wash it.
