I bought a refurbished 2016 macbook air a couple years ago, and it was excellent. It's still running excellent. This one glitched from setup and kept on freezing. Would not buy from this seller ever again. Laptop was sold with more damage than in the listing. Within two weeks of purchase, the computer began to have battery problems. Upon close inspection of the computer the entire laptop had a color-matching sticker placed over it! To apparently hide more damage or other problems. Customer service has been poor. 100% worth it for the price. I will say I do ALOT with this laptop. I am a college student and I play the sims and own a lot of packs and mods which require a high functioning laptop. It’s fast and up to date only minor issues that aren’t really important to me. It does get hot and the fans get loud but I experienced that with my old MacBook brand new from Apple. This laptop was defective. The key board was not working properly for many keys, not allowing proper use. One hint afterwards of the problem was when I realized that the keyboard didn’t not light up evenly. A fact that I found out only after using it.
