Nobody really needs this but it’s cool! I have really bad allergies and itchy dry ears so for me to see and scoop out the dead dry flakes was soooo satisfying. Hey, I even found a piece of my chihuahuas hair in my ear LOL! Just don’t go too far in because it will make your ear ring and you lose hearing for a second and question every life decision and if you just permanently caused hearing loss. This item was exactly as described. It is easy to use, and the picture quality is pretty good. The battery probably only lasts about 15-20 minutes per charge though. I would recommend spending a little more on one of their other products if battery life is going to bother you. Also, I would assume that the picture quality would be more high-res if you purchased one of their products that are more pricey. ... show more

Boy this thing works great, app is super easy to use and the camera is super clear. A couple more cleaning tips would make this a super buy, also if the camera was closer to the tip, since the curvature of the ear canal can sometimes obstruct your view

so this is one of the few ear-cams that did not come with a bunch of different shaped tools to dig wax out of your ears - just the camera with one metal scoop-tip with a silicone glove on the end, and an extra plastic scoop-tip wirh silicone on the end (and a charge cord)... set up / connect to wifi was easy and quick, and battery was already at 62% charge... i used a warm water flush to loosen the wax in my ears and then put the camera in my ear and saw chunks of wax in there... kind of eerie to be looking inside your ears like that - like watching your own colonoscopy if you don't let them knock you out (such wusses)... but as others have said, if you're using it in your own ears it is difficult to manipulate / maneuver the scoop at the end of the camera to pick up the wax... if there's a learning curve, it's longer than my 30 minute session... ... show more

I needed to know the wax was out of my ears and if my kids had ear infections. App has ability to take photos and video of inside of ear to show medical people if needed or track symptoms.
