For the price they arnt bad at all. For a cnc they do decent work. I have a 40x40 cnc i do keep it slow bc they are value bits but if you take it slow and shallow it'll be fine. They are sharp for about 20 pieces. Then buy a new one.

works pretty good for my Bosch 1617 router with plunge base... it's my first one, but it still works well. works great, but it doesn't cut 1/2 inch hole? I measured it .40 of and inch? I should have measured it when I first cut with it. I can't trust this company for the size, although it cuts great. ... show more

I'm doing a solid white oak beam mantle project at my house and need to drill precisely located and 7" deep holes straight down on the back side of the mantle for the wall supports to slide into. Getting that right gives me anxiety. If you are doing something similar, buy yourself an EANOSIC upcut spiral router bit and it will save you a lot of frustration. I used this in my Dewalt DW618 plunge router to make the job a whole lot easer. I was able to set router in the exact spot I wanted to effortlessly plunge straight down " to get the hole started. Getting a straight hole started is key and allowed me to come back with a hand drill to bore the rest of the way down. One thing to note, when I inserted this bit in my router it stuck out about 1/2" from the base of my router so I had to predrill a 1/2" diameter pilot hole so my router could sit flat on the project surface. With the bit inserted as far deep as the router allows, it allowed about a 3" plunge into the project. I suppose if I wanted to make this process easier I could have bought this bit in different lengths and swap them out after each plunge but I really didn't want to spend the money for multiple bits when this is likely a one off project. Hand drilling was laborious and time consuming so definitely something I would invest in if doing multiple mantle installs. The bit did come in a clear protective tube for storage. I wish it had a cap on it with an eyelet so that I could hang it up on my pegboard. All in all I'm very pleased with the product for the price and would by other EANOSIC bits in the future. ... show more

Use this to cut subwoofer and speaker cut outs. Usually 1.5 to 2.25" of plywood at a time. I've nicked a few screws and nicked te bade but still cutting fine. Would purchase again.

I've used long bits like this on special jobs before and this is by far the best I've had. The up-cut helps in deep mortises. Slow down your router a bit, lower the bit a 1/2 in. or so at a time, and take light passes.
