I have been in the market for an electric scooter for months. There's are a thousand different brands, most of them being cheap Chinese knockoffs. However one day I stumbled upon eahora and I knew this was the one I had to get. I watched reviews from other people who have purchased it, and they all loved it so I knew I had to give it a try. All the parts are very high quality, it required very little assembly which only took about 45 minutes(probably less if you have a friend helping you!) And it was ready to go! I had an issue with the fuel tank being cracked during shipping, but they sent me a new one free of charge! Any questions or problems that I've had were answered right away. Definitely one of the best customer service teams around. I would definitely recommend this to anyone for commuting around town, or just for fun! It goes up to 37mph, and on full speed I get around 30 miles, but on the lower speed you can get even more, so the range is great! Definitely worth the money and you're not gonna find a better deal than this 💯 ... show more

The bike itself is excellent. However, it does not come with any kind of instruction/service or owners manual. Sooner or later it's going to need break service, tires, etc. There is no information included in the package pertaining to this. The engineering is excellent. The follow up support is nonexistent. The range is nowhere near 40 miles. The best I've gotten is half that. ... show more

When first laying eyes upon such a beautiful yet environmentally economical machine, I was in total awe. It took me no time to base a decision on weather I would purchase one after getting back to the states from vacation. After purchase and receiving the delivery of of my new green machine, it was like a dream that has materlized in actual form. Assembly of the vehicle made me more enthusiastic with knowing I'll be doing my part to save the planet and riding the bike showed just that. I'm glad to ride pass the gas station and charge my scooter in the comfort of my residence. The voice of the scooter is so smooth as well as the ride.
