I've bought numerous spreaders over time and all have failed. Stainless steel versions rust; every single brand and type of those. Plastic spreaders are nice.....until they start to chip and crack. These spreaders are never going to rust, and aren't thin plastic so won't chip like that type. Granted, these haven't yet stood the test of time in my house, but as long as they hold up, I'm a happy camper. The plastic set I bought 4 months ago are already chipping and cracking, so are going in the trash one by one, and have been replaced by this set. These spreaders are more substantial than the plastic type, all one piece unlike many of the stainless steel type, and a nice smooth finish. Personally, I'd rather they be a solid color, but that wasn't a deal breaker. My main concern is longevity. I think these are going to hold up for a long time due to the material and quality. If not, I'll be back to lower my star rating and update my review. Hopefully, they'll hold up and look as solid in a year as they do now. If so, I'll buy a second set to have more of them in the drawer as we do use them often. They're at a good price point and so far, I really like them. ... show more

These cheese spreaders are very colorful, appear to be very durable, and have a good feel when you hold the handle. They will be great for spreading cream cheese, peanut butter, and any other spread that you may be using. Love the fun colors!
