I use this to strain soy yogurt into a cream cheese, and for tofu. I also use them once they get a little discolored, for cleaning. It is so handy, they are hemmed and large, so they work for so many things, I am thinking of getting a set and embroidering around the edges to try as napkins for meals. They are so sturdy I got mine a year ago and still use them. Well worth it!!

I loved these. I made beef bone stock. They are a tight enough weave that the liquid went through but not the sediment. I doubled them but really didn't need to do that. I love i can clean them to be used again. Highly recommend
