Purchased the Lemige Upgrade V11 High Torque Cleaner Head to replace original Dyson cleaner head in June 2026. The fit is a perfect match to my V10. This item works great on a hardwood floor and tile, but where this particular head I purchased fails is on short carpet or carpet of any kind. The head stops rotation within a few seconds on the carpet. This is even with the adjustable vacuum setting on minimum. The cleaner head seems to have less than 50% of the torque of the original. I am cleaning the same areas and carpet as the OEM cleaning head which never stopped rotating once.

Had this motor head since November 2025 and it has worked well (April 2926). But, now the wheels are coming apart. I’d order replacement wheels, but don’t see how.
